The work of the COOPID project

COOPID will deploy its 4 level Knowledge Transfer Strategy through a comprenhensive set of 7 Work Packages during a timespan of 2 years.

WP1 - Cluster cooperation launch

WP leader: Cooperativas Agroalimentarias de España (Agri-Food Cooperatives Spain)

Focus: WP1 will concern reaching the final structure of the COOPID Bioeconomy Clusters (CBCs), launching the intra- and inter-network cooperation. The COOPID strategy for the deployment of bio-based business models in the primary production sector will be adopted.

WP leader: GREENFLEX

Focus: WP2 involves the selection of 10-12 success stories based on developed criteria and organisation of their showcases.

WP leader: Munster Technological University (IE)

Focus: WP3 is dedicated to a selection of the COOPID ambassadors based on developed criteria as well as the organisation of their visits at the premises of the Success Story Showcase hosts.

WP leader: Food Bio-Cluster Denmark

Focus: WP4 concerns analysis of the showcased success stories in relation to their success factors. Based on this analysis, recommendations for primary producers, policy- makers and academia & research will be formulated. Lessons learnt and post-project cooperation will be defined.

WP leader: Innovarum (EURIZON S.L)

Focus: WP5 involves the development of a knowledge transfer plan, implementation of dissemination and communication actions and supervision of each CBC in the organisation of COOPID ambassador workshops for primary producers.

WP leader: Cooperativas Agroalimentarias de España (Agri-food Cooperatives of Spain)

Focus: WP6 concerns project management, involving administrative and
financial matters, and risk management activities.

WP leader: Cooperativas Agroalimentarias de España (Agri-food Cooperatives of Spain).

Focus: WP7 concerns ethics requirements – regarding the involvement of humans in the project activities & protection of personal data.

COOPID 4 level Knowledge Transfer Strategy
